 A gentle stretch, a slow breath...and you're ready to start the school year relaxed. Gentle yoga poses (asanas) and mindful breathing (pranayama) have been used for centuries to heal the body and calm the mind. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and/or large towel. Come stretch, breathe, and relax!
